specimens are digital products. once your download has been made available, the sale is final and we do not offer refunds.

by completing checkout you agree to receive your download straight away, and you accept that this ends any right to cancel the purchase.

if something is wrong

if a download does not arrive, a file will not open, or you were charged twice for the same order, email us at [contact email] with your order number. we will put it right, usually by sending you a working copy or refunding the duplicate charge.
